Hello Truckers,

Do you eat breakfast? On the day of your exam please feel free to eat breakfast or lunch as these meals will make you feel comfortable and will not affect your exam. Everyday we see many truckers who are hungry or tired from not having had a good meal, thinking they needed to fast before their examination and urine specimen. This simply is not true. You will free much better, be much more alert , more agreeable, if you have a good meal prior to coming in for your exam. Also , please feel free to have coffee, one or two cups will be fine.
