DOT CDL MEDICAL EXAMINER, FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA

Step 1: You will be required to fill out a brief one page medical history
Step 2: At DOT Physical Virginia, your exam will be with Dr. Johnson. This exam will include:

A review of your medical history
You will discuss any medical conditions or concerns with Dr. Johnson
Your medical examination will include height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, range of motion, eyes, ears and respiratory system
Urinalysis for blood glucose (sugar) and protein

Step 3: Our friendly staff will prepare your paperwork
You will get a CDL Medical Card to keep with you at all times while you are driving
You get two copies of the DOT physical form, one for your CDL, one for your company — we can also fax the DOT physical form to your company, if needed.
