We are open Monday through Thursday. We receive many phone calls on Saturday morning from truckers who want to renew their certificate. Please call and make your appointment Monday through Thursday. Our objective is to serve you as quickly as possible in one of our two convenient locations, Richmond or Fredericksburg Virginia. We are in the Richmond Virginia office on Mondays and Wednesdays. We are in the Fredericksburg office on Tuesdays and Thursday

With the new Department of Transportation rules and regulations regarding pre-existing medical conditions it is best to call ahead and be prescreened over the phone. Pre-screening saves time, it allows our office staff to ask you about medications or medical conditions that may require documentation that you must bring with you at the time of your examination, it is extremely helpful and can save you much time and frustration.
